- Limit 2 household pets per residence

- Fences or enclosures are prohibited

- Short-term rentals (<3 months) prohibited

- Vehicle limitations exist pertaining to trucks, vehicle length, and no recreational vehicle storage. Residents are expected to park on their property in garages, carports, or equivalent spaces.
