HOA Listserv

HOA communications are sent via a Google groups listserv. Joining the group ensures you will receive messages in a timely manner and can take part in conversations between your neighbors. To subscribe, send an email to hhhoalist+subscribe@googlegroups.com.

NEIGHBORHOOD MAINTENANCE





Street Sweeping



In order to keep our roads clean, no parking is permitted on the street between 9am - 4pm on the first Tuesday of the months of February, April, June, and August through December. No sweeping is done in the months of January, March, May, or July. ​



waste pickup



Sanipac provides waste, recycling, and yard debris pickup on Friday mornings. Recycling and yard debris are collected on alternating weeks. Homeowners are kindly requested to use Sanipac for these services.​

All proposed remodeling, projects, including pain color changes, construction of decks, landscaping and other improvements of private areas must be approved by the Architectural Review Board before commencing work.​



winter weather



The HOA has a contract for snow plowing services as needed. Ice melt is stocked in roadside bins for use by homeowners. If snow or ice is predicted, please do NOT park cars in the circle near our entrance, as this space needs to be kept clear.



Tree services



The HOA works with several local companies to manage our forests. Please contact us if you identify a tree on common property needing attention, or if you need assistance determining common area boundaries.

The Board continues to work on several long-term projects:

- Reducing wildfire risks

- Evaluating roads preservation & maintenance

- Providing input on adjacent developments

- Establishing reserve funds for financial stability
