Declaration of Codes, Covenants, & Restrictions





This document lays out the protective covenants, conditions, declarations, and restrictions of the Hendricks Hill Planned Unit Development, as recorded in Lane County real estate records on 9/5/1978 at Reception No. 78-60453 and rerecorded on 10/11/2011 at Reception No. 2011-045986.

Bylaws





This document lays out the amended Bylaws adopted by the Board of Directors of the Hendricks Hill Homeowners Association on 4/30/2004 and filed with Lane County Deeds and Records 2004-035094.

Fines Policy





In 2005 The Board of Directors set forth a schedule of reasonable fines for violations of community CC&Rs. The Board remains committed to informal resolution of issues first and foremost, with a process that provides for formal notice to a property owner and a right to appear before the Board before a fine is levied.



Rental Guidelines





Our community lies close to the University and is convenient for students and faculty desiring to rent in the area. To preserve the nature of our predominantly single-family community we have developed this general reminder about covenants and restrictions as they pertain to the use of property as a long-term rental.
