Any planned remodel or visible modification of a home or lot must be reviewed and approved by the Hendricks Hill Architectural Review Board before commencing work, in order to confirm compliance with our CC&Rs. Common examples include changing exterior paint colors, construction of decks, changing composition of roofing, and landscaping projects. Failure to do so may result in fines against the homeowner.
