The Homeowners Association in Eugene, Oregon was incorporated in 1979 as a nonprofit organization under the laws of the state of Oregon for the purpose of maintaining, managing and operating the Hendricks Hill Planned Unit Development community for the benefit of all property owners. The Association exists to preserve the values and amenities within our neighbourhood.
